GENERAL

Yes! We operate on a live inventory system. If you can add the item to your cart and checkout, then we have the item on hand, ready to ship. The site won't let you purchase an item that is out of stock.

The only exclusions are some custom products like name tapes, however the processing time will always be clearly noted on the item page.

The vast majority of the products we sell are brand new. That said, we do have some items that are previously issued military equipment in serviceable used condition. These items will have (SURPLUS) in the title and note the condition on the item page. Anything in surplus condition will still be in serviceable condition, we don't sell anything with major wear or other issues.

No, we do not. We set our pricing as low as we can by default, so our listed price is the best price we can offer the item at.

We do, at this time only in-store. You'll have to come visit us for these discounts to apply. We cannot offer these discounts over the phone or on web orders.

We accept most major credit cards to include Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

We accept various cryptocurrencies via BitPay, such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE) and others.

We offer Zip, which allows you to shop now and pay over time. Zip splits your purchase amount into 4 interest-free payments spread over 6 weeks.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment with PayPal.

ORDER STATUS

If you need to reach out to us about an order, please include the order number and/or email address used to place the order.

Watch your email for tracking information. This information will not be available until after an order has shipped. The carrier may not provide feedback on the package location for 12-24 hours, so don't worry if the tracking doesn't update right away!

Quickly! Orders placed before 1 PM Eastern time during the week will be shipped same-day. Orders placed after this cutoff or over the weekend will be shipped next business day.

Special order items like name tapes will take extra time to prepare before shipment. This will be clearly displayed on the item page.

They won't be! We operate on a live inventory system, all items that can be purchased are in stock and ready to ship. We don't sell any preorder items or drop ship from the manufacturer. If the items shows in stock, it means it is on hand and ready to ship out.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Most items can be returned within 30-days. Some exclusions apply:

Non-Refundable Items: Socks, Underwear, Body Armor, Helmets

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship domestically to all 50 states, US territories, and to military APO/DPO/FPO addresses. Keep in mind, military addresses are considered US addresses for postage cost, but are considered exports so we cannot send export restricted items to these addresses.

That depends! In the US we offer a standard service for most items that is $7 flat rate, or free for US orders over $150.

If you'd like a specific shipping service or expedited speed, we offer rates with USPS and UPS.

Large or heavy items have their own $20 flat rate, or they can be shipped with USPS or UPS at your discretion.

All shipping rates are quoted at checkout.

Absolutely. We're proud to support OCONUS military members and regularly ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Keep in mind, not all items can be shipped to these addresses due to US export laws. The item page will note any export restrictions if applicable.

Unfortunately, we cannot. The US government still considered these shipments as exports, so export licenses are required. This requirement prevents us from mailing export restricted items to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Sure! If you have not yet placed your order, you can select different billing and shipping addresses at checkout. Make sure the billing address matches the card on file to prevent checkout errors.

If you have already placed your order and need to make an address change, this may be possible only before the item has left our warehouse. Once the order has left our possession we can no longer change or update the address. Please reach out to us either via telephone only as this is a time sensitive matter.

Yes, some items may be restricted by law in certain states or localities. A full list of these restrictions can be found HERE.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to many international destinations as well. If you don't see your location at checkout, then we unfortunately do not ship to that location. Remember, some items have export restrictions and cannot be shipped to international locations.

Unfortunately, no. There are two main reasons that an item cannot be exported:

Some items that we sell are restricted by US export laws, and cannot be exported without permission from the US government. These restrictions prevent sales to non-US citizens, so package forwarding services are prohibited. More details can be found HERE.

Some brands prohibit shipping outside of the United States as part of their dealer agreement. If an order is placed using an international shipping address, the order will be cancelled. However, orders may be placed with international credit cards or billing addresses as long as the products are shipped to a US address. More details can be found HERE.

International shipping rates are shown during checkout, and provided by USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service).

USPS partners with the post office in your home country and will pass the item off for final delivery after leaving the US.

UPS does not partner with post offices, and will make final delivery themselves.

Possibly. We do not collect or remit any import taxes or fees at the time of sale, but your home country may charge you taxes or fees when the item arrives in your home country.

Remember, you are the importer in this transaction, and you are responsible for any import taxes or fees. We cannot prevent this and do not profit in any way on the collection of import taxes or fees.
